Who We Are

We Care Bolivia is a registered 501c3 non-profit that is passionate about bringning needed support, care and love to orphan, women and children in need in Bolivia.

Our mission is focused on a few critical needs:

  • Sponsorship of students (orphans and other needy students) toward their college or technical education.

  • Support of Casa Phase II, a dormitory house in La Paz, Bolivia that hosts orphan students transitioning from Casa de Esperanza, an orphanage we are partnered with.

  • Women with children in need, coming from situations of abuse, abandonment, or neglect.

Care is at the heart of what we do and why we do it. Care is an acronym for us as we seek to play a small part in breaking the cycle of poverty and abaondonment in the lives of so many students. Care means…

Compassion - We want to empathize with others, and act with kindness, understanding and generosity.

Access - Women and children need advocacy and connection to services and resources that can empower them to make informed decisions in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for women.

Resources - Housing, transportation, food, a reliable wifi connection, and so many more practical things are needs we all have. These are very hard to come by with no family support.

Education - Providing scholarships to assist needy students in accessing higher learning opportunities helps break the cycle of poverty and serves to create a more equitable and prosperous future for all.
